Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh Camu Camu juice (strained)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions: Prepare the Camu Camu Juice:
- Extract the juice from fresh Camu Camu berries. You can strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp, resulting in a smooth liquid. Make the Camu Camu Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Let the syrup cool to room temperature. Whip the Egg Whites:
- In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Prepare Camu Camu Mixture:
- In a blender, combine the Camu Camu juice and the cooled Camu Camu syrup.
- Blend until well combined. Fold Egg Whites into Camu Mixture:
